ARE THE CLOTHES NEW? ​

The clothes are pre-loved, bought specially for you at local markets, however, we do get some brand new items, complete with original tags. We are very picky with our selection; only designer, high quality items make the cut so you can be certain you are getting only the best. Our shoppers also have a strict policy of only buying items they would wear themselves to give you confidence that every box will be awesome!

HOW WILL I KNOW THE CLOTHES WILL FIT ME?

We specifically match all the outfits together based on your size. But in order to do this we need you to be completely truthful with us about your measurements (tops and bottoms).

DO YOU CATER FOR MY PREFERENCES E.G. COLOUR AND STYLE? 

Yes we do! At Wingal we know how important it is for clothing colours to complement your skin tone and for the style of clothes to be flattering to your body type. The more information you give us in the free text box when ordering the better we can curate your box. We will also call you as soon as we get your order so that we can get to know you better and make sure that we know exactly what you'll love! Our aim is to always create a box you will love, a surprise present you can't wait to open every month!

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY? 

Yes we do! Items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Return postage depends on your subscription. Month-to-month subscribers pay return shipping, quarterly and half yearly subscribers pay only 50% of return shipping and yearly subscribers get free return postage. Check out our return policy page for more details.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO BUY A BOX? 

There is no minimum amount of times you need to purchase a box, you can buy only one box at a time if you wish. However, the more frequently you purchase the cheaper each box becomes. Month-by-month subscribers pay $80/box, quarterly subscribers pay $75/box, half-yearly subscribers pay $70/box and yearly subscribers pay $65/box.

CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN BOXES DURING MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes you can definitely switch between the types of boxes which you would like delivered. There is no extra charge for switching between boxes, however, you do need to let us know of any change before the 15th of every month in order for the change to be effective in that month.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANYTIME?

Yes, you can. If you would not like to receive another box simply email us at michaela@wingal.com.au and we will refund you the remainder of your subscription. This is only valid for subscriptions over one month and you must email us latest 1 week before the end of the month for your next month subscription to be cancelled. 

HOW MANY ITEMS ARE IN A BOX?

Every box contains at least one complete outfit. Usually this means 3-4 items, however it may vary depending on the box. For example, due to the nature of what a 'complete outfit' is for an evening cocktail outfit (usually a dress), a cocktail box will typically contain 2 garments.

CAN I BUY A BOX AS A GIFT? 

A Wingal box is the perfect gift for any gal! We do the hard work to make sure she loves her surprise! All you need to do during checkout is put down her sizes (top and bottoms) and as much information as you can about her style in the free text box. Also remember to include her name.

CAN I GET THE SAME BOX AS MY FRIEND GOT?

All Wingal boxes are 100% unique. Because they are personally shopped and styled just for you no two boxes are alike. It's a unique box for every unique gal. 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

Our boxes are shipped on the second last Friday of every month. Our shipments go through WizMe and have the following average delivery times:

Within NSW: 

Large cities & Sydney: 1-2 days

Country locations: 2-3 days 

Other states: 

Capital cities: 1-2 days (Perth may take up to 6 days) 

Country locations: 3-8 days

WHAT DO YOU USE MY INFORMATION FOR? 

We have a strict privacy policy at Wingal! We only use your information to tailor and deliver the best possible box for you! To do this, as a minimum, we need to know your size, email and delivery address. However, the more information you give us about yourself e.g. age, height, favourite colour/style, the more we can tailor your box!  We take responsibility for storing your information and keeping it safe and you can rest assured we will never share this information with any third parties without your prior explicit consent.
