OUR RETURN POLICY

 

At Wingal we love surprises, but only good ones! If you feel like you have been unpleasantly surprised with your box then you have the option of exchanging your items. If you want to cancel your subscription you can also do that, all you need to do is email michaela@wingal.com.au. 

  • You have 30 days to return the items, in their original packaging         

  • Your replacement items will be included in your next monthly box

  • To initiate the return process, email michaela@wingal.com.au and describe why you need to return your items - we'll take it from there!   

Return Shipping Charges:

  • If the items are damaged, Wingal will pay return shipping

  • Month-by-month subscribers: Customer pays return shipping 

  • Quarterly and half yearly subscribers: Wingal will cover half the return shipping 

  • Yearly subscribers: Free return shipping

  • Regardless of your subscription, if you choose not to fill in the 'You and your preferences' field when buying, you will need to pay return shipping.
